Jackson's Nuuhiwa inspired log

Jackson brought me an original Bing Nuuhiwa that his friend let him borrow. He liked it so much he asked me to make him one. Did a few small tweaks to accommodate his weight.

10oz/60oz Volan bottom and 10oz/6oz Volan deck

fish inspirations...

A while back when the whole fish resurgence blew up, I was in search of something that was more performance oriented than the classic Lis style fish. Then went on the Speeddialer inspried shapes by Mr. Pavel. Then a trip to Australia and meeting Daniel really lit the fire. HP fish was born after checking out the designs Daniel was surfing on. All the shortboard maneuverability with the speed and glide of a fish. wala! and then the story goes on. That was the early stages of the high performance fishes.
